ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Every K20 piece is individually handcrafted and made to order. Your garment is created specifically for you based on the size, style, color, and coverage options selected at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 4-10 business days for your order to be cut, sewn, and completed before shipment. Production times may vary during sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

For customers requiring a faster turnaround, K20 Swimwear offers a $40 per bikini, Priority Construction Rush Service. This fee does not include additional fees for rush shipping. Rush orders are moved to the front of our production queue and are typically completed within 1-2 business days. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm rush availability.

Because each item is custom-made, we ask that you carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase. This includes your selected size, style, color, coverage, and shipping information.

Order modifications may be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, production planning and material allocation may have already begun, and changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, no changes, cancellations, or adjustments can be made. If you have any questions regarding sizing, styles, fabrics, or coverage options, please contact us before completing your purchase, and we will be happy to assist.
